- ↑ This seam has been assumed from nearby mines. A different seam may have been mined.
- ↑ 2 feet of coal was said to have been left for top.
- ↑ This mine may be connected to or the same mine as index 2922, which is about 900' to the east. That mine was said to have opened in 1878 by Thomas Beibly, which is likely a different spelling of the last name for the same person. Mine index 2922 was said to have been a drift from 1878-1887, which could indicate that the drift production may be tied to the 4545 location and that the drift portion of the mine in fact opened earlier than 1878.
