===Geological Problems Reported===
The coal dipped to the north. Coal balls and limestone concretions were present locally. Narrow zones of closely spaced fractures caused weakness in the roof and some roof falls resulted. An almost continuous zone of flattened pyrite nodules occurred at the roof/coal boundary. The coal contained some pyrite and calcite facings. Water seepage made the floor muddy.

Geological Problems Reported

The coal dipped to the north. Concretions and limestone concretions were present locally. Narrow zones of closely spaced fractures caused weakness in the roof and some roof falls resulted. An almost continuous zone of flattened pyrite nodules occurred at the roof/coal boundary. The coal contained some pyrite and calcite facings. Water seepage made the floor muddy.
