| Notes | The microfilm map used for the mine outline was a microfilm from the Vermilion County Recorder's Office. The microfilm map in the ISGS files (document 353008, reel 03141, frames 153-154) is the same as a company map in the ISGS map library (4103.V4 i5.1-123), and both dated the same (8-10-1921, 3 years before the mine closed). However, the microfilm map that was used was inferior and difficult to read. The map converted to a jpg is not the what was used for the outline and shaft locations, but is a copy of map in the state archive. |
