Notes
- ↑ This name was not listed in the Coal Reports. The name on the source map is shown Opal, Tedliska & King, and also Opal-Tedliska & King. The 2nd listing, from the Coal Reports, was “Opal Jiddiski” and has been altered to follow the map, rather than indexed as Jiddiski (Opal). The name is spelled various ways (Jedliska, Jiddiski, Tedliska, Jeduska), but all are assumed to refer to the same name.
